  Definitely not one of the greatest stays on the gold coast, but it is nice and cosy and won't break the budget. It's super close to the beach, and only a 5 minute drive from surfer's paradise. The rooms are quite modern with foxtel, and the hotel has a pool for its guests. However, the coffee jug was pretty stained and didn't look like it had been cleaned properly. It's right next to the Oasis shopping centre for groceries, and very close to lots of restaurants. Overall, I'd give it a 4/5. I stayed in room 302.

  Contains many older or worn finishes and a clearly 20 year old kitchen and bathroom. Nice foyer and what not, 2/3 of the rooms are nice bar kitchen and bathroom. Also inroom book with hotel information clearly needs updating.

  Room had a great ocean view and had been refurbished, was a great location right across from the beach and brilliant restaurants at your front door step. Shopping centre across the way and not far to the casino either. Biggest let down for us was there wasn't air conditioning in the bedroom and the bathroom could do with a face lift. All in all I would recommend on view and location.
