  Could not recommend these guys highly enough. I booked my 18 year old daughters travel arrangements to go and visit family friends in Florida. I was nervous about organising the arrangements myself and they were so helpful. Then when Hurricane Irma started they called me and were in constant contact with me, keeping me up to date with the flight cancelations and airport closures. I was a nervous wreck about sending my child away not knowing how long she would be stuck in LA and they were amazing, so compassionate and understanding. I couldn't get any help from the airlines and Amanda and the team at Ignite just handled everything for me. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you soooo much.

  Rude staff and poor customer service. Had a 5 night stay in vanuatu gifted to us and this company booked us on the latest flight over and the earliest return flight meaning we only had 4 days in vanuatu robbing us of at least 1 full day. Definitely would not recommend to anyone ever.

  The fights were included in the voucher and initially I thought I would have to organise & coordinate the hotel dates with the fights myself but was pleasantly surprised when I called the number supplied and was put through to the very efficient, personable and friendly Nikita.

  This group have charged us $6000 for a week in Fiji, didn't advise us of flight changes nor consulted to us about options of a solution, they just booked it and locked us in. They didn't return any emails and basically wiped their hands of us after we have paid in full saying it was our responsibility to check the details and not theirs to advise us of any changes. It was a group booking and no common sense was applied to supporting us when they knew the original booking was for a birthday. Avoid. In this day and age a call centre operated travel booking function adds no value if accountabilities does indeed sit with me, so as far as this group is concerned you could do a better job yourself on the internet.

  Nikita was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and I'm sure Groupon customers are probably not the most financially rewarding clients for you but her attitude certainly never betrayed this fact for one moment.
