  It took one of us to ask a question of why we couldnt book buses for her to figure out that she had got the dates and places wrong, and that was 4 weeks before we left the country.

  No words. At every leg of my holiday my agent had made a huge muck up which costed us hundreds in extra money We didn't have. She barely explained any of the packages we purchased at her recommendation, only to be met with disappointment upon arrival.

  Also, we had a tour booked through some islands and she only told us that she needed to know the date we wanted to get to the first island and she led us to believe that the dates for the other islands were flexible, which we've just found out 2 days before we leave for the tour that 'she doesnt think they're flexible.'

  At the end of the holiday my agent had booked our flight back to BRISBANE, instead of the Gold Coast where I had flown out of and had queried parking costs with her. (Not sure if she even knew what a return flight MEANT?) at not stage did I request to fly into a different airport.

  After ringing STA to get help no one could assist me at all. I had to spend extra money and time that I didn't have to get myself from Brisbane back to the Gold Coast to pick my car up and then all the way home after hours of travelling.

  Firstly the branch manager didnt look up the dates we could start the tour and where we could start from. Evidently we were told the wrong dates. We couldnt start the tour until two weeks after we arrived over seas and there was no way to change the dates as a couple of us couldnt take any more time of work.
